We are looking to fill out our space with some creative techs who need a mellow office space to run shop. Workspace for rent, 1 block to the boardwalk in the heart of Venice. Currently occupied by computer technicians, Flash developer and PHP programmer. Includes a desk and chair in available space.

Office includes 58" HD TV, Wii, PS3, wifi and water cooler. Laid back, friendly, relaxed and quiet work environment. A couple of folks are on calls throughout the day, so a low noise level is kept till after 5ish.

Requires 6 month signed commitment (not a lease), and 60 days notice to leave.

$300 a month, months security, about 15 dollars a month utilities.
